Keith Walley
Keith Walley, a British artist, moved to California in the early 1990s after studying Fine Arts and Landscape Design. A prolific artist he has created varied works, including garden creation, large painted flowers, classical oil painting reproductions, and an extended rose garden and palm park in Northern California.
